Delete your account
Deleting your Atlas account removes it and everything synced to it, on every device. It can’t be undone.
What gets deleted
Your account (your email address and how you sign in) and every record synced to it: workouts and sets, split days, foods and recipes, diary entries, water, weigh-ins, your profile, and your goals.
It goes from the database straight away. Copies inside the nightly encrypted backups roll off within 30 days. Data on a phone stays on that phone until you erase it there or delete the app. Anything Atlas wrote to Apple Health stays in Health until you delete it there. A log of past sign-ins can outlast the account; the privacy policy says how to have yours removed.
In the app
Settings → Account → Delete account. Choose whether to keep the data on the phone you are holding or erase it too. This is the quickest way.
Without the app
We email a code to the address you sign in with, the same kind of code Atlas uses to sign you in. Enter it here, confirm, and the account is deleted straight away. If you sign in with Google, use your Google email address.
